What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, as that time was reserved specifically for you. We appreciate your understanding – it allows us to offer that time to other clients.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, when availability allows! However, we recommend booking in advance to guarantee your preferred time and stylist. Call us at (817) 635-2816 to check same-day availability.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Payment is collected at the end of your service.
How early should I arrive?
For your first visit, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time for a brief consultation. For returning clients, arriving on time is perfect. If you’re running late, please call us so we can adjust if needed.
Can I bring my kids?
We love kids, but for safety and relaxation reasons, we ask that children not accompany you to your appointment unless they’re receiving a service themselves. Our styling tools and products can be hazardous, and we want you to be able to fully relax during your visit.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available in any amount. They make a perfect gift for birthdays, holidays, or just because. Ask us in the salon or call to purchase. Gift cards never expire.
