Will fixing my color wreck my hair?
A correction done right should leave your hair in better shape, not worse. We check your hair’s strength as we go and stop before it is pushed too far. We add conditioning treatments between sessions and never rush a correction to finish fast.
Is my box dye fixable?
Yes, box dye correction is one of the most common requests we get. Box dye sits in hair differently than professional color, so it needs patience and often more than one session. We can get you to a result you like, just not in one visit. At the consultation we set realistic expectations and protect your hair the whole way.
Why does it cost more than a regular color?
Correction takes more time, product, and skill than standard color. Your colorist solves problems live, reading the pigment under your hair and shaping each formula to it. You pay by the hour, so you pay for the work that is actually done, no more and no less.

What if I don’t like how it is going?
We set honest expectations at the consultation, including the realistic goal color for where your hair starts. If you are not happy with your progress, we talk about it and adjust. Since corrections can take several sessions, we check in as we go. We would rather be slow and satisfy you than rush to done.
